am an entrepreneurial minister, educator, and consultant known as a program builder who equips organizations and individuals to live out the Gospel in practical, transformative ways. With over 25 years of experience in higher education, I am a strategic visionary, project manager, and leader who leverages my apostolic gifting to repurpose organizations and develop influential people through seminars, webinars, workshops, preaching, teaching, and consulting. My research interests include Cultural Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Transformational Leadership, Burnout, and Unconscious Bias, with a growing focus on burnout among college coaches. As a former Division I women’s basketball player and coach, I understand the evolving landscape of athletics and welcome meaningful partnerships in this space. I am also an author and a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
